Who Covers the Costs?

What does ClaimQ actually cost?
As a creditor, you generally incur no costs. Fees are covered by the debtor's payment and only in the event of successful recovery.
What happens if the claim cannot be recovered?
If no payment is received, no fees are charged by ClaimQ.
Are there cases where I might incur costs?
In certain situations, optional additional services may be agreed upon, such as API integrations, custom reporting, or individual process adjustments. These services are voluntary, transparently defined, and contractually agreed.
Do I have to advance court costs?
Legal action is only initiated after prior consultation. Court costs are generally borne by the debtor. In suitable cases, ClaimQ may provide pre-financing.
Is the use of the plaform subject to fees?
The use of the ClaimQ platform is generally free of charge.
Is ClaimQ a traditional debt collection agency?
No. ClaimQ combines a digital platform with attorney-led claim enforcement by Hüttig & Kollegen Rechtsanwälte.
